Janet, you're right, they're about ready. They did fly around occasionally, sometimes grabbing the food out of the mouth of a parent in midair. Couldn't catch that on "film" unfortunately. :)
Picture taken with my 300/2.8, only mildly cropped, I was standing less than 5 meters away.
EXIF: ISO 400, f/7.1, 1/1250s.
As they were quite strongly backlit I used fill flash from 550EX + Better Beamer (first time I tried it), at -1 or possibly -2 (can't remember which)

Could you guys tell me that ur advertisement/job requirements -- had any alternate education in it..like BS +5 as per the norm..
If yes, then it would be gr8.. if u can have a look at ur LC/9089 form and let us all EB2 aspirants know that..what did you specify in your H section..at 4(as min requirements-- MS or BS +5) and what as alternate requirements(8-A,C)

there is no need for pro-immigrant senator to respond becoz as soon as they respond..... it will increase the visibility and importance of grassley..... many a times in politics, the purpose of putting out provocative statement is to provoke a response..... to that effect, no response is the best response.... it is better for california director to respond & fight with a sitting senator, which de-values grassley's perceived seniority.....

No necessarily protected. Anyone who overstays their I-94 is removable (deportable). However, some people can contest that in removal proceedings. One basis to contest a removal order is because the foreign national is married to a US citizen and/or has an Adjustment of Status pending.
The problem with VWP entrants is that they sign away their rights to contest a removal order, even if married to a US citizen (unless they claim asylum). Worse - they can be removed without a hearing in immigration court, simply by an order of the local District Director. In theory, a VWP entrant who overstayed could file for permanent residence and be issued a removal order and put in detention when s/he turned up for the marriage interview at the District Office.
I don't mean to terrify you, and most district offices do approve cases filed by VWP entrants, but please check with a local attorney before filing anything.

I agree that you guys should push for an ammendment that one should be able to file 485 and join the queue and get the derivative benefits once 140 is approved. If we get that alone it is better than nothing.
However let me put it to you guys that without the green card in hand, living in limbo land albeit with some mobility is no fun either. Isn't that sort of what the illegals have now at their own labour level. We will be 2nd class citizens to be discarded at a fire brand politician's whim and fancy.If that wait is many years it will not be good. Further those applying later and later will eventually end up with inordinate waits leaving them the choice of waiting for decades like in some family based categories.
I am only saying this since it was stated that this should be the number one priority. The absolute number one priority for all of us should be to quicken the time to a GREEN CARD.

AFAIK, oneway ticket originating US can't be bought in India. You need to cancel ticket, and buy a return (both way) ticket.
Usually tickets bought in India is cheaper - so there are these restrictions.
It is possible to buy a ticket from US for a journey originationg from India. Airlines passes instruction and Tickets are issues in India.
Rules might have changed, but this was latest information from my side.

I think I might have ....I will not be surprise if they establish BECs for all of these ...:) BECs for AP, BECs for EAD and BECs for 485 ...
The guys who dint have experience with BECS in labor stage will see what BEC means. People like me have to experience more than once ...
If CIR passes in its current form forget about GC for 15 more years ....:D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

I am a jul 2007 filer, EB3 India, Priority Date 4/2002.
Around 10 days ago, I got a soft lud for the first time on my 485!!! Since my PD is not current, why would LUD change? Does it mean that they are looking at it?

If your friend wants to know ask him to join IV , why are you proxying for him > He shud be more worried than you. Pls talk to a professional lawyer on this situation, I am sure none of the folks here can advise on this,
If you do not know - that is fine , you should not confirm that no body in this forum can answer that.
Every body knows that lawer can advise, who ever browisng this forum they are browsing for the cause if any body know it they can answer right.
My friend - infact he his my room mate got an appointment with attorney after two weeks , becuase of the rush until 17th August, even he can able to contact the attorney over the phone.
He has requested me to post and search in the forums to get any possible answer before 17th so that he can re file . but the now that option is closed.
He his very busy with few productions issues at the site and he can not browse few sites from his office- including this immigrationvoice. he is already a member of this forrm, I am just trying to help him.
If you can not help your roomtae - how can you volunteer to unknown Immigration voice members.
Please don't give this kind of suggestions- every body knows. we are here for the cause. If you don't know that is it queep quiet. try to do research try to help if you willing for the cause. Ok.
